Method of Preparation
Gather the Ingredients:
- Khadi #byPurenaturals Vegetarian Bajra Haleem Mix (400gm)
- Oil – ½ Cup
- 3-4 Onions
- 3-4 Tomatoes
- 4 teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ½ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- ½ Garam Masala Powder
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 4-5 Peppercorns
- Salt as per taste
All You Need to do
Soak Haleem precook mix overnight. Heat oil. Roast black cardamom, green cardamom, peppercorns, finely chopped onion. Add tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, cook until tender. Now put all the spices and roast until the gravy leaves oil. Add soaked Haleem mix, water and pressure cook. After half an hour, cook uncovered on low flame for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped mint leaves, fried onions & dry-fruits.
